I cannot recommend Mr Knepil highly enough; he did a fantastic job of very quickly and cleanly removing an unsightly raised mole/birthmark from my daughter's forehead, leaving a small red mark which is already fading and which can be easily covered in the meantime with a little dab of concealer (which the mole could not). Even more importantly, at the initial meeting, Mr Knepil was very intuitive and immediately understood that although she was still a young teenager, this was the time in her life when she was the most self conscious about her looks and that the mole really bothered her and was affecting her confidence. He explained the different options very clearly, outlining the pros and cons of each so that we could choose the best one for my daughter. She is now so much more confident in herself and her looks and I am so grateful that Mr Knepil was willing to do the procedure now rather than insist she waited until she was 18; something that she felt was very unattractive was easily removed, which has meant those tricky teenage years are slightly less traumatic! A massive thank you from both of us.

When I was diagnosed with a back molar that needed removal for access to enucleate a cyst in my jaw beneath, it was not a thought I relished! However, Dr Knepil gave me great assurance in a very calm manner and explained the procedure in great detail, outlining the risks involved including a nerve running underneath the cyst which if damaged could leave lasting numbness of the lip and cheek. I had the procedure under GA so knew no pain which I am pleased to report continued throughout healing and I have made a swift recovery with no loss of feeling, thanks to this surgeons skill. Dr Knepil is a skilled professional with a great personality and I have 100% confidence in him and would not hesitate to use him again if the need arose. Dr Knepil and his secretary Cheryl were also very helpful in settling a discrepancy with my insurance firm, for which I am very grateful.

Total understand of my issue and fully explained what was necessary to deal with it. He encouraged questions which were answered very clearly. the actual procedure went exactly as explained and the result was excellent. Very professional in his approach and and work.

I first saw Mr Knepil in 2017 for a lump on my forehead. I decided not to proceed further at the time due to the necessary surgery not being covered by my insurance. Seven years later in June 2023 I went back to Mr Knepil as the lump had grown considerably. I was expecting to start again from scratch, but amazingly, he still had all my notes and scan result and after a short consultation (he has excellent bedside manner) he advised the lump was a lipoma, which he could remove and since I was a returning patient, he would make the costs very reasonable. Three weeks later he removed he lipoma in a short, painless operation. The scar has since healed very well and I am delighted with his manner, professionalism and costs.

Mr Knepil performed an outstanding operation on my face at the Winfield Hospital. My face looked terrifying for a few days until the stitches were removed but healed extremely rapidly thereafter. I was impressed and happy with the treatment received from initial diagnosis to after-care assessment. Thank you and your support staff for the great care taken over me.
